Submission checklist
- Keep all four LaTeX regions and their OpenTCS markers unchanged.
- Support historical and progress claims with primary-source citations.
- Include a matching BibTeX entry for every citation key.
- Define the symbols, scope, assumptions, and computational model.
- Expect a visible Unverified label until the record has been checked.
