Surface Reconstruction

Let $S\subset\mathbb{R}^3$ be a surface that may contain sharp edges and corners, and let $X$ be an $\varepsilon$-sample of $S$ under an appropriate local feature-size condition. Design an algorithm that reconstructs from $X$ a surface homeomorphic to $S$, with a proved sampling threshold and correctness guarantee.
